You Should Know

We will be using the information on your UKG profile to create your ID card. We recommend that you check that your preferred name is correct in UKG to ensure we print the name you like to be called on your ID card.

To check and modify your preferred name on UKG:

1. Go to the UKG Pro app on your phone.
2. After you login, click Menu in the bottom right corner, then Profile in the menu that pops up on the left
3. Next to Personal Info, click Edit
4. Your Preferred Name is the top right box
5. Click Submit in the top right corner when you are done
